KITCHEN

Polished granite worktop 2’ wide with nosing with single bowl Stainless steel sink with drain board. Kitchen shelf with marble slabs.

DADO

Glazed tiles cladding 2’ above cooking platform and 3’ height in wash area. 7’ in Bathrooms. Cladding will be designed.

SANITARY FITTINGS

Wall mounted closets with ceramic cistern. Hindware or Parryware. Health faucet, toilet paper holders and towel rods. Soft coloured sanitary ware for master bedroom toilet. White sanitary ware for all other toilets.

ELECTRICAL

Finolex wires. MDS or Crabtree modular switches. Provision for split AC.

PAINTING

Putty finish and emulsion paint. Exterior in line with architect’s suggestion.

PLINTH PROTECTION

A 2’ wide plinth protection with cement concrete will be provided.

Backup power supply for lights and fans in Living, Dining, Two Bedrooms,    Kitchen and toilets.
